Important:

  • Please leave the hall as you found it. The hall is cleaned weekly. This means that there may be times when it is not cleaned between bookings.
  • There is a Key Safe adjacent to the front door. A code will be sent to you prior to the day of your booking. Please return the key to the safe and lock it when leaving.
  • ‘Resident’ charges apply to users within the Parish boundary (according to OS map).       
  • The booking period includes the time required to set up and clear away the hall after use.
  • The Hirer is responsible for setting out tables, chairs and equipment etc. and for repacking them tidily away, and for cleaning the Hall prior to the end of the Hire, unless other arrangements have been agreed.
  • Hirers must agree to, and abide by the Terms and Conditions and Hiring Policy.
  • Special rates may be available for charity and non-profit events – please ask.
  • Payment is normally required in advance of hall use. Please ask if an invoice is required.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free samples. As a retailer, we buy all magazines from their publishers at the regular trade price. However, you could contact the magazine’s publisher directly to ask if they can send you a free copy.

No, we don’t have a physical store location at the moment. We accept only orders through our online shop and we’re shipping all orders with the Swiss Post Service. Please visit our shipping section for more details.
